The Perch is located on our lovely 2 acre spread in southern Leelanau County, MI. Perched above the garage, this quaint studio is perfect for a weekend getaway for two, a week of beaching, wining, dining and shopping with your best friend. And if you are an equestrian, it's great place to base yourself for some great local trail riding.

November 1 to March 31: $170 per night, PLUS $50 cleaning fee
April 1 to October 31: $190.00 per night for 3 nights or LESS, PLUS a $50 cleaning fee.
$180 per night for 4+ nights.
$1260.00 per week ($180.00 per night) plus $50 cleaning fee.
WEEK OF 4th of JULY: (CherryFest Week) Weekly Rental ONLY: $1600.00, Plus $50 cleaning fee
DEPOSIT: To hold your reservation, a 50% down payment is required to hold dates. The balance is due upon check-in. We accept Venmo, Zelle, cash, check.
CANCELLATION: Full refund if canceled prior to 14 days of your check-in. 50% refund after that.

CHECK OUT Time: 10am
HORSE BOARDING: This is offered next door at Empire Hills Farm . $25 per night, per horse. Bring your own hay/feed. NEGATIVE Coggins required. Private paddock with run-in for your horses. Owner can help with feeding.
